Job Summary
We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team for Beeu Galleria, a premium G+7 commercial development in the heart of New Market, Kolkata.
In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, conducting site visits, and converting prospects into buyers. If you have strong communication skills, a passion for real estate, and the ability to close deals, this is a great opportunity to grow your career in a high-potential commercial project.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads through outbound calls, references, and field activities
- Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into site visits
- Conduct site visits for potential clients
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable retail/office spaces
- Negotiate pricing and terms to successfully close deals
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with investors and business owners
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth booking and documentation process
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings in the commercial real estate segment
Requirements
- 1–5 years of experience in real estate sales
- Strong lead generation and closing skills
- Experience in conducting site visits and client handling
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools is an advantage
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and presentable personality
- Good understanding of the Kolkata real estate market is a plus
