Responsibilities
Troubleshoot moderate imaging workflow issues (delayed transfers, modality integration).Investigate server/storage alerts and perform corrective actions.Manage firewall rule monitoring and escalate suspicious traffic.Analyze VMware/ESXi host performance and resolve VM resource conflicts.Coordinate with OEM vendors for hardware diagnostics.Ensure batch jobs and backups run successfully, re-initiate failed processes.Mentor junior Team Member.SkillsIntermediate expertise in DICOM, HL7, imaging informatics.Strong knowledge of AD, VMware/ESXi, and storage systems.Root cause analysis and ITIL incident/problem management.Qualifications BE in Computer Science Engineering (CSE), Information Technology (IT), or Biomedical Engineering (BME)MSc in Computer Science, Health Informatics, or Biomedical EngineeringCertificationsCCNA, ITIL, VMware, Cloud Foundation
