Operator – Bio-CNG Plant | Short JD
Operate and monitor Bio-CNG/CBG plant equipment as per SOP.
Monitor digester, biogas, purification, compression and filling operations.
Check key parameters: pressure, temperature, pH, gas flow, CH₄ and H₂S.
Take regular plant/equipment readings and maintain logbook.
Start/stop pumps, compressors, blowers, valves and other equipment safely.
Identify abnormal conditions, alarms and equipment problems and inform Shift In-Charge.
Perform routine field inspection, housekeeping and equipment checks.
Follow PPE, PTW, LOTO, fire & gas safety and EHS procedures.
Coordinate with maintenance team during breakdowns and preventive maintenance.
Ensure proper shift handover and reporting.
Pay: ₹10,242.51 - ₹20,294.34 per month
