- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business targets.

- Analyze sales reports, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
- Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with other departments for smooth business operations.
- Prepare monthly and weekly sales performance reports for management.
