We are looking for an experienced digital marketing team leader who can lead campaigns, manage teams, and deliver measurable business growth for our clients.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the digital marketing team to ensure timely execution of projects.
- Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns for lead generation and ROI.
- Develop and implement performance marketing strategies across multiple digital platforms.
- Manage and monitor SEO strategies, including on-page, off-page, technical SEO, and keyword planning.
- Oversee social media marketing activities, content planning, and campaign execution.
- Handle multiple client accounts, conduct strategy meetings, and maintain strong client relationships.
- Coordinate with designers, content writers, developers, and marketing executives for smooth project execution.
- Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Search Console, and other marketing tools.
- Prepare monthly performance reports and present campaign insights to clients.
- Ensure all projects are delivered on time while maintaining quality standards.
- Mentor, train, and motivate team members to improve productivity and performance.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, AI tools, and platform updates.
Required Skills
- Strong expertise in Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube, Remarketing).
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Advertising).
- Strong knowledge of performance marketing and conversion optimization.
- Excellent understanding of SEO (on-page, off-page & technical SEO).
- Experience in social media marketing and content strategy.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Search Console, and reporting tools.
- Strong project management and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent leadership, decision-making, and team management skills.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple client projects simultaneously.
Eligibility
- 3–4 years of relevant experience in digital marketing.
- Experience in managing a digital marketing team.
- Proven record of handling successful digital marketing campaigns.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Google Ads, Meta, or other digital marketing certifications will be an added advantage.
