- Greet and assist customers in the showroom
- Understand customer needs and suggest suitable jewellery
- Explain product details, pricing, and offers
- Maintain product display and showroom cleanliness
- Achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
- Handle billing and basic customer queries
