Job Description (Short JD):
We are looking for a Soldering Operator to join our Solar Inverter Manufacturing team. The candidate will be responsible for soldering electronic components on PCB boards, ensuring proper assembly and quality standards. The role includes handling soldering tools, inspecting solder joints, and following production and safety guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform soldering of electronic components on PCB assemblies.
- Ensure good quality solder joints as per standards.
- Inspect and identify defects in soldered components.
- Follow work instructions and production targets.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety at the workstation.
- Support assembly and manufacturing activities as required.
Requirements:
- ITI/Diploma or relevant experience in soldering.
- Basic knowledge of electronic components and PCB handling.
- Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
- Experience in electronics manufacturing is preferred.
