Sales Engineer – Robotics & Vision Systems

Job Summary:
We are looking for a technically strong Sales Engineer to drive business development and technical sales in Robotics, Machine Vision and Industrial Automation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Understand customer requirements and propose suitable automation solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations, POCs and technical presentations.
- Prepare technical proposals, cost estimates and quotations.
- Handle customer meetings, negotiations and project handovers.
- Maintain sales pipeline and achieve business targets.
- Coordinate with engineering teams for solution development.
Required Skills:
- Experience in Industrial Automation / Robotics / Technical Sales.
- Knowledge of Mitsubishi, FANUC, Panasonic or Yaskawa robots.
- Understanding of PLC, HMI, VFD, Servo & Motion Control.
- Knowledge of Vision Systems, Cameras, Scanners and Barcode systems.
- Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Basic CAD knowledge is preferred.
- Willingness to travel for customer visits.
Education: Electrical / Electronics / Controls / Robotics Engineering; MBA Marketing is an advantage.
