We are looking for a passionate and goal-oriented professional to strengthen our Sales & Marketing team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude and the ability to develop strong customer relationships.
About Us
NEYA Memveins Technologies is a leading manufacturer of advanced membrane solutions for water and wastewater treatment. We specialize in PVDF MBR membranes and serve industries across India and international markets with innovative and sustainable solutions.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Generate and qualify leads
✅ Develop relationships with industrial clients, consultants, EPC contractors and channel partners
✅ Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities
✅ Handle customer inquiries and follow-ups
✅ Prepare quotations and coordinate with technical teams
✅ Participate in exhibitions, events and client meetings
✅ Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
✅ Maintain CRM and sales reports
Requirements
✔ Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Diploma or related field
✔ 1–2 years of experience in Sales & Marketing
✔ Freshers with strong communication and learning attitude may also apply
✔ Excellent communication and negotiation skills
✔ Strong interpersonal and presentation abilities
✔ Willingness to travel for business meetings
✔ Knowledge of wastewater treatment industry will be an advantage
Qualification
Bachelor's Degree / MBA in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering or related field.
Experience
1-2 Years
(Freshers with excellent communication and a strong learning attitude are also welcome.)
