We are looking for enthusiastic trainees or freshers to join our team as Customer Support Executives.
This role is ideal for candidates who have excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken, and are eager to build a career in international customer support.
Candidates should have clear pronunciation, strong writing ability, and a customer-friendly approach. The role requires flexibility to work in shift-based schedules to support customers.
During the training period, candidates will receive a competitive salary that is higher than standard market training packages. Based on performance, salary revisions and growth opportunities will be provided quickly.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries via chat, email, or phone in a professional and friendly manner
Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and processes
Respond promptly to customer questions and resolve issues efficiently
Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude toward customers
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required
Guide customers in navigating links, uploading information, or completing required steps
Maintain proper records of customer interactions and updates in the system
Follow company guidelines and quality standards while communicating with customers
Work closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Continuously learn product knowledge and improve customer service skills
