Squareight Realtors is looking for a Relationship Manager to generate leads, assist clients in property selection, conduct site visits, and drive sales closures. The role requires strong communication, relationship-building, and sales skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and generate sales opportunities.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties.
- Arrange and conduct site visits.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain client relationships.
- Coordinate with developers and internal teams.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain CRM records.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in real estate, banking, insurance, or sales (freshers with strong communication skills may apply).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented and customer-focused approach.
