Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Senior Corporate Relations Manager to drive Ethnus's Staffing & Workforce vertical. This role is responsible for building and managing relationships with manufacturing units, corporates, and organizations in e-commerce, hospitality, and retail sectors seeking bulk manpower on a contract staffing basis, and converting these relationships into deployment mandates for Ethnus-trained talent. The ideal candidate will bring strong existing connections across these sectors, consultative sales ability, and a track record of closing bulk contract-hiring accounts.
Strategic Engagement
Establish and strengthen relationships with senior stakeholders — HR Heads, Plant Heads, Procurement, Operations, and Admin leadership — across manufacturing, e-commerce, hospitality, retail, and corporate clients.
Represent Ethnus at industry forums, HR summits, and sector-specific events (manufacturing expos, retail/e-commerce industry meets, hospitality associations) to build brand visibility in the contract staffing space.
Drive engagement with industry bodies and associations across these sectors to identify recurring bulk-hiring opportunities.
Sales Strategy & Execution
Develop and execute a regional/vertical strategy to acquire clients requiring bulk contract staffing across manufacturing, e-commerce, hospitality, and retail.
Identify and evaluate new business opportunities through market research, competitor mapping and sector-specific networking.
Lead commercial negotiations — billing rate, mark-up, mandate volume, contract duration, SLAs — and close agreements with key clients.
Client Relationship Management
Own the client relationship end-to-end from mandate closure through renewal and account expansion.
Ensure client hiring needs are clearly translated into deployment requirements and handed off effectively to the Workforce Compliance Manager for execution.
Build long-term partnerships through consistent delivery, responsiveness, and trust — positioning Ethnus as a reliable extension of the client's HR function across all four sectors.
Reporting & Insights
Track mandate pipeline, deployed headcount, mandays generated, and account-level revenue by sector.
Prepare and present regular reports, forecasts, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
Monitor competitor activity and market rates in the contract staffing space across manufacturing, e-commerce, hospitality, and retail to keep Ethnus's offering competitive.
Continuous Development
Stay current on labor law changes, sector-specific hiring patterns (peak-season hiring in retail/e-commerce, seasonal demand in hospitality, shift-based staffing in manufacturing), and contract staffing trends.
Share market intelligence and account insights with the broader Staffing & Workforce team.
6–10 years of experience in B2B sales/business development, with a strong preference for staffing, contract manpower, or HR services background across manufacturing, e-commerce, hospitality, or retail sectors.
Demonstrated existing network of HR/operations contacts in manufacturing units, e-commerce companies, hospitality groups, and retail chains.
Consultative sales skills — ability to construct and present a strong business case and ROI for contract staffing.
Proven record of closing bulk/volume hiring accounts.
Willingness to undertake moderate to extensive travel within and outside the assigned location.
