Job Title: Dynamics 365 CRM Functional Consultant
Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka
Role Overview
To lead business analysis, solution design, implementation, and stakeholder engagement for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions. This role will collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver scalable CRM solutions that support organizational goals and enhance user experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements through stakeholder discussions.
- Design and configure Dynamics 365 CRM solutions, primarily for Sales and Customer Service modules.
- Prepare functional documentation, user stories, and process workflows.
- Collaborate with technical teams on customizations, integrations, and data migration.
- Configure forms, dashboards, security roles, workflows, and Power Automate flows.
- Support testing, user training, deployment, and post-implementation activities.
- Provide functional guidance and contribute to CRM best practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 8–15 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/Customer Engagement (CE).
- Strong expertise in Dynamics 365 Sales and Customer Service modules.
- Hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse.
- Proven experience delivering end-to-end CRM implementation projects.
- Good understanding of CRM security models, solution management, and release processes.
- Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments.
- Exposure to Azure Integration Services, API integrations, and Microsoft Copilot solutions is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
Pay: ₹2,400,000.00 - ₹2,800,000.00 per year
