Job Title: Sales Engineer – Control Panels
Department: Sales & Marketing
Qualifications: Bachelor’s/Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related field.
Job Summary:
Drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and nurturing client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
● Identify and develop new business opportunities for control panels across industries
(Real Estate, Manufacturing, Infrastructure, Pharma, Power, etc.).
● Generate leads, prepare proposals, negotiate, and close sales.
● Understand customer requirements and provide technical solutions in coordination with
the design/estimation team.
● Conduct product presentations, technical discussions, and demos for prospective clients.
● Prepare and deliver quotations, technical offers, and commercial proposals.
● Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.
● Coordinate with the production team for order execution and timely delivery.
● Keep track of competitor activities, market trends, and customer feedback.
● Prepare sales reports, pipeline updates, and forecasts for management.
Requirements:
● Experience: 2–5 years in sales of electrical products, preferably Control Panels /
Switchgear / Automation Solutions.
● Strong technical knowledge of LT Panels, MCC, PCC, APFC, VFD, and Distribution
Boards.
● Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
● Ability to understand technical drawings and specifications.
● Self-motivated, result-oriented, and willing to travel extensively.
● Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
Pay: ₹11,441.82 - ₹29,197.14 per month
