Key Responsibilities :
- Financial Reporting & Accounting
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Manage Record-to-Report (R2R) activities including journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, and month-end closing.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial statements in compliance with accounting standards
- Prepare and review Profit & Loss Statements, Balance Sheets, and Cash Flow Statements. Budgeting & Forecasting
- Assist in the annual budgeting process and periodic financial forecasting.
- Monitor budget utilization and provide insights on financial performance.
- Support management with financial planning and business performance analysis. Financial Analysis
- Perform variance analysis for actuals versus budget and forecast.
- Identify key financial trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Prepare management reports and dashboards for decision-making. Taxation & Compliance
- Manage GST compliance including return filing, reconciliations, and statutory reporting.
- Handle TDS calculations, deductions, reconciliations, and return filing.
- Coordinate with auditors and ensure timely closure of audit requirements.
- Ensure compliance with applicable financial and regulatory requirements. Cash Flow Management
- Monitor cash flow movements and prepare cash flow forecasts.
- Support working capital management and liquidity planning.
- Track receivables and payables to optimize cash position. Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong understanding of Accounting Principles and Financial Reporting.
- Knowledge of Budgeting, Forecasting, and Variance Analysis.
- Experience in preparing Cash Flow Statements, Profit & Loss Statements, and Balance Sheets.
- Working knowledge of GST and TDS regulations
- Proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Financial Functions).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
