Job Summary
The Tele Caller is responsible for contacting prospective students, explaining aviation and hospitality courses, generating admissions enquiries, scheduling counselling appointments, and supporting the admissions team in achieving enrollment targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to student leads generated through advertisements, social media, websites, and walk-ins.
- Explain course details, eligibility criteria, fee structure, and career opportunities.
- Follow up with prospective students and parents regarding admissions.
- Schedule appointments for counselling sessions and campus visits.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and student enquiries in the CRM/system.
- Convert enquiries into admissions through regular follow-up.
- Assist in admission campaigns, education fairs, and promotional activities.
- Handle incoming calls and provide information about academy programs.
- Coordinate with the counselling and marketing teams for lead management.
- Prepare daily and monthly call reports.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹30,835.86 per month
