About Growth XDIM : Growth XDIM is a results-driven digital marketing agency helping businesses grow through Social Media Marketing, Influencer Marketing, Performance Marketing, Website Development, and Branding Solutions. We are looking for energetic and ambitious Sales Interns who want hands-on experience in B2B sales and client acquisition.
Key Responsibilities - Identify and generate leads through LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and online research. Reach out to potential clients via calls, emails, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn.
Schedule meetings and presentations for the team. Understand client requirements and explain Growth XDIM's services.
Maintain lead and client records in CRM or spreadsheets.
Follow up with prospects and nurture relationships. Assist in preparing proposals and quotations. Achieve monthly lead generation and sales targets.
Requirements : Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of digital marketing is preferred.
Self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented.
Familiarity with LinkedIn, Google Workspace, and MS Office is a plus.
