Banking, Insurance, BPO, Telecom, Retail, and Non-Real Estate CRM profiles will not be considered.
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) with strong experience in post-sales operations, customer lifecycle management, and interdepartmental coordination within the real estate sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire customer lifecycle from booking to possession
- Handle post-sales activities, collections, and home loan disbursement coordination
- Follow up with teams, customers and bankers for outstanding dues (OCR/Home Loan)
- Coordinate with internal and external teams at the builder site (Sales, Projects, Accounts, Architecture) to ensure timely updates and seamless communication
- Ensure customer queries and complaints are resolved within defined TAT
- Maintain accurate documentation and project-wise customer records
- Coordinate and manage RERA-related matters internally in collaboration with the Legal team
- Prepare and present MIS reports to management
- Prepare and present MIS reports to builder management
- Drive process improvements through complaint analysis and tracking
- Strong proficiency in reporting, data analysis, and calculations (Advanced Excel/MIS)
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in CRM / Customer Relationship / Post-Sales (Only Real Estate preferred)
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems, MIS reporting, and documentation
- Excellent communication, coordination, and team management skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines effectively
- Proficiency in MS Office & Advanced Excel
- Good in making Excel reports and data-driven analysis
- Good in creating professional presentations (PPT)
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
