Job Overview
We are looking for a responsible and punctual Delivery & Pickup Executive for our authorized LED TV Service Center in Coimbatore. You will be the face of our company, handling the safe transit of customer TVs from their homes to our service center and back.
Key Responsibilities
Safe Transit: Pick up LED TVs from customer locations and deliver them back safely after service.
Product Safety: Ensure proper packaging and secure handling of TVs before starting your drive to prevent any transit damage.
Safety Measures: Strictly follow safety measures and traffic guidelines while driving.
Punctuality: Ensure on-time pickups and on-time deliveries according to scheduled slots.
Customer Service: Maintain a polite and professional attitude during customer interactions.
Requirements & Qualifications
Must possess a Valid Two-Wheeler (2-wheeler) or Four-Wheeler (4-wheeler) Driving License.
Must own a smartphone for location tracking and communication.
Ability to handle fragile electronic items (LED TVs) with care.
Good communication and time-management skills.
