About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized professional to join our Home Healthcare Services team as a Office Administrator. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining service quality standards, ensuring compliance with company procedures, managing documentation, and overseeing daily administrative operations.
Key Responsibilities
Office Administration
- Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative activities.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and documentation.
- Coordinate scheduling of caregivers, nurses, and field staff.
- Handle client inquiries and maintain service records.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Coordinate with management, operations, and healthcare teams.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Administration, Healthcare Operations, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Preferred Skills
- Preferred Experience in Home Healthcare, Hospital, or Healthcare Services.
- Problem-solving and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Salary
₹20,000 – ₹40,000 per month (Based on experience and qualifications)
