Role Overview
We are looking for an organised, creative, and proactive Executive - Marketing & Admin to support marketing operations, social media, content, branding, vendor coordination, campaigns, and events.
Job Details
- Location: Vashi, Navi Mumbai
- Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
- Work Days: Monday to Saturday
- 2nd & 4th Saturday: Off
- Preferred Location: Navi Mumbai to Kalyan and Kurla.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage marketing documentation, reports, trackers, calendars, and databases.
- Create and coordinate social media content, captions, creatives, and campaigns.
- Assist with content creation for Biltrax and Biltrax Media.
- Coordinate with designers, agencies, printers, and other marketing vendors.
- Manage vendor communication, quotations, follow-ups, deliverables, and invoices.
- Support traditional & digital marketing, SEO, website and content
- Assist in planning and executing events, exhibitions, CSR activities, and promotional campaigns.
- Support internal marketing and employee engagement initiatives.
- Maintain brand consistency across marketing materials.
- Coordinate with internal teams and leadership to ensure timely execution of marketing activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 6 months – 1 year of experience in marketing, social media, coordination, or a related role.
- Good communication, organisational, and follow-up skills.
- Basic knowledge of social media, Canva, SEO, and digital marketing.
- Creative mindset with an eye for branding and design.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and quick to learn.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
