We are seeking a well-presented, courteous, and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our front office team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a key role in creating a warm, welcoming, and memorable guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests and manage check-in and check-out procedures
- Handle phone calls, reservations, cancellations, and guest inquiries
- Use hotel management software to update bookings and guest records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Process payments and handle billing accurately
- Maintain a clean, organized front desk and lobby area
- Resolve guest concerns professionally and promptly
- Provide information on hotel services, amenities, and local attractions
Requirements:
- Proficiency in hotel reservation systems and basic computer skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
- Pleasant personality with a professional and presentable appearance
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with hotel software such as Ezee Absolute, Cloudbeds, or similar systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Previous experience in a hotel front office or receptionist role preferred
- Knowledge of additional languages is an advantage
