Job Title: E-commerce Executive
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should be have good knowledge of shopify and be fluent in English to be capable of handling customer queries effectively.
Key Requirements:
- Experience working with e-commerce platforms, particularly Shopify.
- Prior experience in the women's apparel industry will be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in using Google Sheets for order tracking and process documentation.
- Fluency in english, to handle customer queries
Responsibilities:
- Managing online orders and ensuring smooth order fulfillment
- Recording and updating order details in Google Sheets
- Responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Supporting various e-commerce operations as needed
- Managing the website ,product updations, changes etc on a shopify platform.
