- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Education (B.Ed.), or a related STEM field.
- Prior experience teaching mathematics to middle school students or experience in coaching competitive foundation courses.
- Ability to deal with students of varying ability levels with patience, empathy, and encouragement.
- Deep understanding of middle school mathematics with the ability to bridge basic concepts into advanced analytical problem-solving.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to explain complex mathematical ideas in simple, understandable terms.
- Ability to manage classroom activities, foster a positive learning environment, and keep students engaged.
