Job description - Offline Position
Chessensei is a rapidly growing offline and online chess training platform that is looking for experienced and passionate chess trainers to join our team. We are seeking individuals who are dedicated to helping our students improve their chess skills and achieve their goals.
Responsibilities
- Provide offline chess training to students of all levels and ages
- Create and deliver customized lesson plans to meet the individual needs of students
- Provide feedback and guidance on student progress and areas for improvement
- Communicate regularly with students and parents to ensure their satisfaction with the training
- Stay current with the latest chess training techniques and strategies
Qualifications
- Strong chess knowledge and ability to play at a high level
- Excellent communication and teaching skills
- Ability to work well in an offline environment
- Passion for chess and desire to help others improve their skills
- Having a FIDE Rating is a Plus
