Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage payroll processing, statutory compliance, and employee-related HR operations. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of payroll management, ESI, EPF, labour laws, and statutory compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing accurately and on time.
- Handle ESI, EPF, Professional Tax, Labour, and other statutory compliances.
- Prepare and file statutory returns within deadlines.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and government regulations.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and payroll data.
- Coordinate with consultants, auditors, and government authorities when required.
- Generate payroll and compliance reports for management.
- Resolve employee queries related to salary, deductions, ESI, EPF, and benefits.
- Support HR administration and documentation activities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in payroll and statutory compliance.
- Strong working knowledge of Payroll, ESI, EPF, labour laws, and statutory regulations.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and HRMS/Payroll software.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience handling large employee payroll.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and confidentiality.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
