Position: Telecaller – Legal & Licensing Services
Location: Pitampura, Delhi
Experience: 0–2 Years
Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate
Salary: ₹10,000–₹20,000/month
Job Responsibilities
· Make outbound calls to prospective clients and handle leads.
· Explain legal, tax, registration, compliance, and licensing services.
· Understand client requirements and convert leads into consultations/sales.
· Follow up with leads and maintain lead records.
· Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
· Coordinate with Sales, Legal, and Documentation teams.
Required Skills
· Good communication skills in Hindi & English.
· Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
· Basic knowledge of MS Excel/CRM.
· Legal, tax, licensing, or compliance experience is an advantage.
