Business Development Associate (BDA)
About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and result-oriented Business Development Associate to drive ABCXON's growth by building strong relationships with educational institutions, students, and strategic partners.
This is a field-intensive role where you will represent ABCXON across colleges and universities, identify partnership opportunities, conduct meetings with institutional authorities, and expand our presence through student engagement and campus collaborations.

Key Responsibilities
- Visit colleges and universities across Patna and Bihar to establish strategic partnerships.
- Meet Training & Placement Officers (TPOs), Heads of Departments (HODs), Deans, Principals, and other decision-makers.
- Present ABCXON's platform, services, and student solutions.
- Identify new business opportunities and convert institutions into long-term partners.
- Negotiate partnership terms and close collaboration opportunities.
- Secure approvals for workshops, seminars, campus drives, and promotional activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional stakeholders.
Student & Campus Engagement
- Promote ABCXON's programs among students through campus visits and awareness sessions.
- Build a network of student ambassadors and campus representatives.
- Drive student registrations, participation, and platform adoption.
Business Growth & Branding
- Execute on-ground marketing and branding activities.
- Represent ABCXON at educational events, seminars, and networking programs.
- Generate leads and contribute to overall business growth.
Reporting & Relationship Management
- Maintain records of meetings, partnerships, and business opportunities.
- Prepare daily and weekly activity reports.
- Regularly follow up with institutions and prospective partners to ensure successful conversions.
Requirements
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel for field visits across Patna and Bihar.
- Strong relationship-building and networking abilities.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and proactive mindset.

Pay: ₹11,529.27 - ₹20,904.17 per month
