POSITION: QA & QC ENGR(FABRICATION)
QUALIFICATION: DIPLOMA OR DEGREE IN MECHANICAL /CIVIL ENGINEERING AND PREFERABLY HAVING SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETED ISO 9001 Internal Auditor Course.
Experience: Shall have a minimum of 8 years to 10 years' service experience in the Automotive Manufacturing industry, specializing in Fabricated and sheet metal components.
Experienced in implementing quality Assurance systems, ensuring product conformity, and maintaining customer-specific quality requirements for automotive OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers.
Strong expertise in PPAP documentation, including preparation and submission of Level 3 PPAP packages, Process Flow Diagrams (PFD), Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEA), Control Pans, Dimensional Layout Inspection Reports, Material Test Certificates, Capability Studies (CP/CPK), Measurement System Analysis (MSA), Initial Sample Inspection Reports (ISIR) and Production Trial Run documentation.
Additional Requirements: Should possesses should knowledge of Engineering drawings, including interpretation of GD & T(Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing), Welding symbols, fabrication drawings, dimensional tolerances, and customer specifications. Skilled in conducting incoming, in-process and final inspections using standard measuring instruments such as Vernier Calliper's, Micro meters, Height Gauges, Bore Gauges, Dial Indicators and Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) reports.
Well-versed in root cause analysis and problem-solving methodologies, including 8D, 5 Why, Fishbone Diagram, CAPA, Kaizen and Poka-Yoke, with experience in handling customer complaints, supplier quality issues, internal audits and process improvements. Familiar with quality management systems including IATF 16949, ISO 9001, APQP, PPAP, SPC, MSA and FMEA.
Responsibilities :
1. Shall be responsible for all site related Quality works to the Project Manager at site & Design Head / HoD.
2. Shall be proactive in promoting the following corporate polices and practices to both employers and their Customers.
3. Shall take up routine and additional site Inspections and Surveillance.
4. Maintaining records of calibration, inspection and testing equipment.
5. Provide sufficient feedback to higher ups on the day to day quality issues.
6. Should have an effective team player with excellent communication, documentation and cross functional coordination skills, committed to delivering defect free products. 7. Should ensure customer satisfaction and driving continuous quality improvement initiatives.
Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
