We are looking for experienced Pharmacy Professionals to join our growing team.
Position
Pharmacy Staff (Retail / Store Supervisor / Counter Sales)
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day pharmacy operations.
- Handle counter sales and provide excellent customer service.
- Maintain stock records, order books, and inventory.
- Receive and verify medicines (batch, quantity, expiry, etc.).
- Perform stock audits, including short-expiry, non-moving, and expired medicines.
- Record pharmacy transactions and maintain registers accurately.
- Handle basic computer documentation and office work.
- Answer phone calls and coordinate with customers and suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 2–3 years of experience in a retail or wholesale pharmacy.
- Experience as a Pharmacy Store Supervisor, Counter Sales Executive, or Retail Pharmacy Staff.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Pleasant personality with a professional attitude.
- Sales and marketing experience will be an added advantage.
- Local candidates will be preferred.

Salary
₹10,000 – ₹12,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience and performance).
