Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Promote our freight forwarding and logistics solutions.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate rates, and close sales.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth shipment execution.
- Follow up on customer inquiries, quotations, and payments.
- Maintain sales records and identify new business opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- 1–4 years of experience in freight forwarding or logistics sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
- Knowledge of domestic and international freight forwarding.
