Key ResponsibilitiesProgramming:
Write and optimize 3-axis and 5-axis CNC machine programs using CAD/CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, Fusion 360).Blueprint Analysis: Study and interpret engineering drawings to establish the most efficient and cost-effective production methods.Setup & Tooling: Designate the proper cutting tools, work-holding solutions, and machine parameters.Quality Assurance: Conduct test runs and inspect first-article parts using calipers and micrometers to verify specifications.Troubleshooting: Debug programs, optimize cycle times, and resolve issues during machining operations.Maintenance: Perform routine checks on CNC machinery and adhere to all health and safety guidelines.
