Role overview:
The Renewals Associate will be responsible for managing customer renewals, driving retention, and ensuring a seamless post-sales experience. The role involves proactive customer engagement through calls and follow-ups, supporting renewals and upgrades, and building strong, long-term client relationships. This position is target-driven and requires a balance of sales focus and customer service excellence to maximise renewal collections and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Track and manage subscription renewals to ensure timely course continuation.
- Proactively send renewal reminders and follow up with customers through outbound calls.
- Engage in outbound telecalling to drive on-time renewals and minimise churn.
- Assist existing customers with course upgrades and cross-sell opportunities.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of current and prospective clients.
- Achieve and exceed assigned renewal collection targets and sales KPIs.
- Consistently meet or surpass monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual sales targets.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of courses to effectively address customer queries.
- Engage customers through multiple touchpoints, including welcome calls, service calls, feedback calls, and renewal calls.
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships by delivering exceptional after-sales support.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree from a reputed institution.
- 1+ years of experience in project management or related fields.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Creative and customer-focused mindset with problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment.
