Designation: Continental Chef
Experience: Fresher or 1+ yr. of experience as Continental Chef or relevant role (preparing wide variety of goods such as making Pastas, Sandwiches, Burgers, Salads, Wraps, Large Plates) with relevant work experience in any (Retail - Food & Beverage / Hotels / Baking & Fine Dining / Coffee Chains) Industry.
Office Location: Vijayawada
Qualification: Any (Under Graduate or Graduate)
Salary: Negotiable as per Expertise and Market Norms.
Responsibilities
1. As a Continental Chef, you will be responsible for making Pastas, Sandwiches, Burgers, Salads, Wraps, Large Plates.
2. Study recipes, set up menus, prepare, cook and present high-quality Continental dishes.
3. Take care of daily food preparation and duties assigned by the superiors to meet the standard and the quality set by the cafe.
4. Able to estimate the daily production needs and check the quality of raw and cooked food products to ensure that standards are met.
5. Ensure that the production, preparation and presentation of food are of the highest quality at all times
6. Knowledge of all standard procedures and policies pertaining to food preparation, receiving, storage and sanitation.
7. Full awareness of all menu items, their recipes, methods of production and presentation standards.
8. Personally responsible for hygiene, safety and correct use of equipment and utensils.
Skills Required:
1. Fresher or of 1 years of experience working as a Continental Chef
2. Excellent leadership and management skills
3. Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation regulations
4. Ability to create and execute menus that are in line with the company's brand and image
5. Good communication and interpersonal skills
6. Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively
7. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
8. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
