Urgent Hiring | Business Development Executive (Field Sales & Lead Generation)
Experience: Minimum 6 month experience in Edtech industry preferred

Key Responsibilities:
* Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, referrals, and networking
* Conduct face-to-face meetings, presentations, and demos
* Convert prospects into customers and achieve monthly sales targets
* Build and maintain strong client relationships
* Identify new market opportunities and customer needs
* Ensure timely follow-ups and maintain sales records
* Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding
Requirements:
* Experience in field sales / lead generation preferred
* Strong communication & negotiation skills
* Ability to work independently and meet targets
* Good knowledge of the local market
* Two-wheeler & valid driving license (Mandatory)
