We are looking for a responsible, proactive, and passionate Swimming Pool Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our swimming facilities.Location

Experience
* Minimum 1 year of experience preferred ( Male or female )
* Freshers with strong knowledge, enthusiasm, and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply
Salary
₹18,000 – ₹30,000 per month
(Based on experience, skills, and overall profile)
Roles & Responsibilities
Pool Operations
* Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the swimming facility
* Monitor pool cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards
* Coordinate pool opening and closing procedures
* Ensure proper maintenance schedules are followed
Team Coordination
* Coordinate with swimming coaches and support staff
* Manage attendance and schedules
* Assist in maintaining a positive training environment
Customer Management
* Handle parent and member inquiries professionally
* Assist with admissions and membership-related queries
* Ensure excellent customer service and member satisfaction
* Working towards growth and sales focused
Facility Management
* Monitor pool equipment and maintenance requirements
* Ensure safety equipment is available and functional
* Report maintenance issues promptly
Administrative Support
* Maintain daily operational records
* Support billing, follow-ups, and basic documentation
* Assist management in daily reporting and coordination
