Job responsibilities include :
- Preperation : Assist in making and assembling basic pastry components, batters, sauces, and fillings.
- Mise en Place: Gather, prep, and scale ingredients before hand to ensure a smooth workflow.
- Baking & Decorating: Support senior chefs with dough shaping, piping, and basic dessert plating under supervision.
- Hygiene & Sanitation: Maintain a spotless workstation, handle food safely, and ensure all ingredients are properly labeled, dated, and stored.
- Stock Management: Help receive inventory, rotate stock, and manage supplies in cold rooms and freezers.
