US Telecom Voice Process/ Chat/ Blended
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound customer calls (International process) with professionalism and empathy.
Resolve customer queries related to billing and technical issues, account-related queries, and product/services information.
Escalate complex queries to higher-level support teams while maintaining customer satisfaction.
Ensure high level of customer satisfaction and professionalism.
Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions in the system.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Minimum 1year of experience in international voice/chat/blended process.
Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
Willing to work rotational shift (including night shifts).
Strong Problem - solving skills and customer - oriented approach.
Undergraduate or Graduate from any stream.
Education: UG, Graduate
