Kamfee Billing Solutions LLP is looking for experienced Credentialing Specialists who are highly proficient in eClinicalWorks (ECW) and have strong knowledge of the provider credentialing lifecycle.
The candidate will be responsible for managing provider credentialing with insurance payers, maintaining compliance and ensuring timely enrollment for healthcare providers.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete provider credentialing and re-credentialing with insurance companies.
- Manage CAQH profiles and attestations.
- Submit and track applications with commercial and government payers.
- Follow up with payers for application status and approvals.
- Maintain accurate provider records and documentation.
- Work with portals such as Availity, Carelon, Medicaid portals, and payer portals.
- Ensure timely updates of provider licenses, malpractice insurance, and certifications.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in eClinicalWorks (ECW) – Mandatory.
- Experience with CAQH, NPI, PECOS and payer enrollments.
- Knowledge of insurance credentialing processes.
- Strong communication and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple provider applications simultaneously.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working with US healthcare providers.
- Familiarity with commercia, Medicarel and Medicaid credentialing processes.
