What You'll Do:
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities, events, and celebrations.
- Drive employee recognition and wellness initiatives.
- Support employee relations and enhance the overall employee experience.
- Coordinate onboarding, internal communication, and culture-building programs.
- Gather employee feedback and implement engagement initiatives.
- Partner with teams across the organization to create a thriving workplace.
What We're Looking For:
- 0–2 years of experience in HR, Employee Relations, or Employee Engagement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and event coordination abilities.
- A creative, people-first mindset with a passion for building a great workplace.
