About the Role
We are looking for a Business Development Executive to support our global revenue function. This role is ideal for individuals who are keen to build a strong foundation in B2B sales, client acquisition, and revenue growth.
As an Executive you will work closely with senior team members to identify business opportunities, engage with global prospects, and support the end-to-end sales cycle. This role offers hands-on exposure to international markets and B2B sales processes.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales
- Identify and research potential clients across international markets (North America, EMEA, APAC)
- Generate leads through outbound outreach (email, LinkedIn, cold calling) and inbound channels
- Qualify prospects by understanding their business needs and aligning them with SOUKMEDIA's offerings
- Support in building and managing a strong sales pipeline
- Assist in preparing proposals, sales decks, and client presentations
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure alignment on solutions and proposals
- Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and pipeline updates in CRM tools
- Track key sales metrics such as outreach, conversions, and revenue contribution
- Support the closure process including follow-ups, negotiations, and documentation
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Economics, or a related field
- 0–1 years of experience or relevant internships in business development, sales, or B2B marketing
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with professional business etiquette
- Basic understanding of B2B sales cycles, lead generation, and client acquisition
- Highly motivated, target-driven, and eager to build a career in sales
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to track and interpret sales data
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
Good to Have:
- Familiarity with CRM tools, LinkedIn outreach, and email automation tools
- Exposure to international markets or B2B sales
- Interest in technology, SaaS, or digital marketing industries

Pay: ₹24,500.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
