The Relationship Manager (UP) will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with clients in the Uttar Pradesh (UP) region. This role involves understanding client needs, providing financial solutions.
A Relationship Manager at Wonder Home Finance (WHF) focuses on sales, client acquisition, and retention in the housing loan sector, involving lead generation, explaining products, managing loan processes (visits, docs, coordination), meeting sales targets, controlling attrition, and ensuring compliance, all while building strong customer relationships and maintaining service quality. This is a field sales role requiring a two-wheeler, strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Actively find and identify potential home loan customers through market outreach and organizing loan events.
- Customer Engagement: Understand client needs, present WHF's products, and guide them through the loan application process.
- Sales & Targets: Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and work to reduce customer attrition.
- Loan Processing: Manage client meetings, verify documents, process files, and liaise with sanction and disbursement teams.
- Relationship Building: Maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients (customer franchise) and ensure high service standards.
- Compliance: Adhere to all company policies, audit requirements, and compliance standards for business leads
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong selling, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Experience in loan processing/financial documentation (especially for Senior roles).
- Proficiency in CRM software is a plus.
- A graduate degree in Finance, Business Admin, or related field (MBA preferred for senior roles).
