1. Telecaller
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective clients.
- Contact leads generated through online and offline marketing channels.
- Understand client requirements and provide basic information about relevant visa services.
- Explain available services, eligibility criteria and initial documentation requirements.
- Follow up with prospective clients through calls and messages.
- Schedule appointments for visa counsellors.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, follow-ups and appointments.
- Update client information in the company CRM/database.
- Maintain confidentiality of client information and documents.
Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in Punjabi and Hindi; working knowledge of English preferred.
- Good telephone etiquette and professional attitude.
- Basic computer and MS Office knowledge.
- Ability to work with targets and follow-up schedules.
- Previous telecalling, sales or immigration consultancy experience will be an advantage.
- ONE YEAR EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
2. Visa Counsellor
Job Responsibilities:
- Counsel prospective clients regarding study, visitor, work and other visa categories.
- Conduct detailed client profile assessments.
- Understand the client's education, financial background, travel history, employment and future objectives.
- Explain suitable visa options, eligibility requirements and application procedures.
- Provide accurate information regarding documentation and application processes.
- Conduct initial profile assessments and identify potential concerns or weaknesses.
- Explain course, country and institution options to study visa applicants where applicable.
- Guide clients regarding required financial and supporting documents.
- Coordinate with documentation and processing teams for timely case preparation.
- Follow up with clients regarding pending documents and application requirements.
- Maintain complete and accurate client records.
- Monitor the progress of assigned cases and coordinate internally for updates..
- Meet assigned counselling and conversion targets.
- Maintain confidentiality of client information and documentation.
- Ensure that information provided to clients is accurate, transparent and professionally communicated.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a visa counsellor or immigration consultant preferred.
- Strong knowledge of visa counselling and client handling.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good English, Hindi and Punjabi communication skills.
- Strong sales, counselling and negotiation abilities.
- Good computer and documentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and follow-ups.
- Target-oriented and professional approach.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to continuously learn about immigration policies.
