Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹45,000 per month (depending on experience) + incentives
Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Unisex Hair Stylist with at least 3 years of professional salon experience. The candidate should be proficient in modern hair styling techniques, hair treatments, and client consultation. The role requires delivering excellent customer service while maintaining high hygiene and salon standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide professional hair cutting, styling, coloring, and chemical treatments for both men and women.
- Perform services such as hair spa, keratin, smoothening, rebonding, and hair treatments.
- Consult clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable hairstyles and treatments.
- Maintain cleanliness of tools, workstation, and follow hygiene protocols.
- Stay updated with latest hair trends, styles, and techniques.
- Promote and recommend salon hair care products to clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers for repeat visits.
Required Skills:
- Expertise in advanced haircuts and styling for men & women
- Knowledge of hair coloring techniques (global, highlights, balayage preferred)
- Experience with chemical treatments (keratin, rebonding, smoothening)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced salon environment
Qualifications:
- Professional Hair Styling / Beautician certification preferred
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a reputed salon
