Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and well-organized Travel Desk Executive to manage end-to-end travel arrangements along with reception responsibilities. The role requires strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and a professional approach in handling guests and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage end-to-end travel bookings (domestic & international flights, hotels, transport).
* Coordinate with management for travel approvals and ensure timely bookings.
* Work closely with the sales team to track and manage PJP (Planned Journey Plan).
* Coordinate with HR & Admin for IR activation and travel insurance for employees.
* Arrange lunch, accommodation, and logistics for visiting guests.
* Manage gift arrangements for clients and visitors as required.
* Handle front desk/reception duties, including greeting and assisting visitors.
* Manage incoming calls, courier handling, and general reception administration.
* Maintain travel records, booking details, and MIS reports.
* Coordinate with travel vendor for bookings.
Key Requirements:
* 2–4 years of experience in travel desk / Front Desk Officer.
* Experience in domestic & international travel coordination.
* Strong coordination and communication skills.
* Presentable personality with a professional approach.
* Proficiency in MS Office and basic documentation.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
* Experience in corporate travel handling.
* Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities.
