- Client Guidance & Advocacy: Act as the primary point of contact, providing step-by-step updates, interview preparation, and answering any inquiries.
- Lead Generation: Qualify prospects, explain product features, and set up appointments for the field sales team.
- Customer Support: Resolve queries, handle complaints, and collect feedback on company merchandise or services.
- Data Management: Accurately update and maintain call details, customer information, and follow-up schedules in the company's system.
