Performance Marketing Specialist (B2B SaaS)About the Role
VistaarAIHub is looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to scale customer acquisition for our AI-powered sales automation platform, SalesAIAgent.
Your primary responsibility will be to generate high-quality B2B leads through paid advertising, optimize marketing funnels, improve conversion rates, and maximize return on ad spend (ROAS).

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Build complete lead generation funnels from ad click to demo booking.
- Create and optimize high-converting landing pages.
- Set up and manage conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager (GTM), Meta Pixel, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and LinkedIn Insight Tag.
- Continuously monitor campaign performance and optimize for lower Cost Per Lead (CPL) and higher Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
- Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, headlines, copy, landing pages, and CTAs.
- Work closely with the design and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives.
- Create audience segments, lookalike audiences, retargeting campaigns, and remarketing strategies.
- Manage marketing budgets efficiently while maintaining lead quality.
- Analyze campaign performance and prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Collaborate with the sales team to improve lead quality and increase demo bookings.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in digital marketing, AI marketing tools, and paid advertising.
Required Skills & Experience
- 2–4+ years of experience in Performance Marketing or Digital Marketing.
- Proven experience managing Meta Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Strong understanding of B2B SaaS lead generation.
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), Meta Pixel, and conversion tracking.
- Experience creating and optimizing landing pages for lead generation.
- Strong knowledge of audience targeting, remarketing, and funnel optimization.
- Ability to analyze marketing data and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience managing advertising budgets and improving campaign performance.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience marketing AI, SaaS, CRM, automation, or technology products.
- Knowledge of HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or other marketing automation platforms.
- Familiarity with email marketing and lead nurturing workflows.
- Experience using tools such as Canva, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite for basic creative reviews.
- Basic understanding of SEO and content marketing.
