Industry: Stainless Steel Tube & Sheet Metal Manufacturing
We are looking for a Quality Management System (QMS) Specialist with strong expertise in IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and PED compliance.
Preferred Background
- Experience in SS tube manufacturing (TIG‑welded lines)
- Exposure to sheet metal fabrication
- Automobile Industry
- Hands‑on in audit preparation, compliance documentation & shopfloor quality systems
Key Responsibilities
- Establish, implement, and maintain QMS aligned with IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and PED
- Lead internal audits, gap analysis, and ensure readiness for external certification audits
- Drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) and monitor effectiveness
- Prepare audit‑ready manuals, SOPs, and compliance checklists
- Ensure adherence to ASTM, EN, WD2000, and PED requirements in SS tube manufacturing
- Implement shopfloor‑friendly quality practices
- Train operators and staff on QMS procedures, compliance standards, and audit practices
- Promote a culture of safety, quality, and compliance across the organization
- Support new product development with QMS inputs and compliance validation
- Identify risks in manufacturing processes and implement mitigation measures
- Handle customer audits and respond to quality concerns with structured documentation
- Evaluate and ensure compliance with QMS and regulatory standards
Candidate Profile
- Education: B.E. / Diploma in Mechanical / Production / Metallurgy Engineering or equivalent
- Experience: 2–10 years in QMS roles within SS tube manufacturing (preferred) or sheet metal Automobile
- Expertise: IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, PED
- Skills: Audit preparation, compliance documentation, analytical problem‑solving, strong communication
Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
