Understanding designs/drawings and planning execution activities accordingly
Preparing fit out schedules and monitoring project timelines effectively
Establishing work procedures, manuals, and standardized methods across the site. Coordinating with designers, consultants, contractors, and Purchase teams for smooth project execution and rate negotiations
Preparing change requests received from consultants/contractors and ensuring execution within time & qualityConducting site kick-off activities and independently handling commercial interior fit-out projects through to handoverCoordinating execution of Electrical, Fire & Security Systems, Networking, HVAC, and related services.
Monitoring site activities, supervisors' performance, and overall site productivity. Ensuring quality control and compliance with project standards.
Conducting meetings to ensure safety compliance at sitePreparing daily progress reports and weekly client reportsParticipating in project review meetings onsite for tracking project progress
Pay: ₹814,014.70 - ₹1,242,055.18 per year
