Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and creative Social Media Executive to manage and grow our online presence. The candidate will be responsible for regular content posting, stakeholder coordination, and maintaining consistent communication across all social media platforms
Key Responsibilities
· Manage and handle all social media platforms of Cerebulb India Private Limited (e.g., Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)
· Plan, create, and publish daily posts across platforms
· Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather content, updates, and approvals for posts
· Ensure consistent brand messaging and tone across all social media channels
· Monitor engagement (comments, messages) and respond in a timely manner
· Create and send regular campaign emails (promotional, informational, engagement-based)
· Track performance metrics and suggest improvements for better reach and engagement
· Stay updated with the latest social media trends and implement them when relevant

Requirements
· Proven experience in social media management (Digitisation & Industrialisation 4.0 Exp. Preferred)
· Strong communication and coordination skills
· Basic knowledge of content creation tools (Canva, Adobe, etc.)
· Understanding of social media analytics and insights
· Ability to work independently and meet daily deadlines
· Creative mindset with attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications:
· Any bachelor’s degree or certification (Equivalent to Digital Marketing)

Pay: ₹10,209.58 - ₹33,808.40 per month
